These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services, content, communications, scheduling, programs, or practitioner connection services offered by Abundant Resources (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Abundant Resources provides coaching, counseling-style support, educational content, and connections to specialized practitioners and resources. We are not an emergency service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent and is responsible for the minor’s use. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Informational purposes only: Content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not medical advice.
Not a substitute for professional care: The Services do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Emergency: If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee outcomes. Any testimonials or examples are not promises of specific results.
If we connect you with a practitioner, coach, clinician, or other third party ("Third-Party Provider"), you understand:
Third-Party Providers are independent and not our employees or agents.
Your relationship with a Third-Party Provider is directly between you and that provider.
We are not responsible for Third-Party Providers’ services, advice, acts, omissions, policies, or outcomes.
You should review any Third-Party Provider’s terms, privacy policy, and professional credentials before engaging.
You may be able to submit forms, request information, or schedule sessions through the Site or third-party scheduling tools. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiries, scheduling, and Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but we may still send non-marketing messages (e.g., confirmations, policy updates).
If you purchase Services:
Prices, fees, and what is included will be described at checkout or in a written agreement.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Refund policy: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly.
If sessions or appointments are offered, cancellation/no-show rules may be provided at the time of booking or in a separate agreement. If no policy is provided, cancellations should be made as early as possible.
The Site and Services (including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, downloads, and other materials) are owned by Abundant Resources or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Upload or transmit malware or malicious code
Harass, abuse, defame, or violate the rights of others
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABUNDANT RESOURCES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Abundant Resources and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
